The Future Workforce, Future Skills, and Innovation Grassroots Movement in 2021!

Do you know that 1 in 5 Canadian employees are at risk replaced by a machine?

Thanks to our Canadian Government and Enterprise’s support, several initiatives are in place to address skills gaps resulting from automation and digitization. As an individual, what is our responsibility?

More than 74% believe it is their own responsibility to update their tech future skills and innovation abilities. Do you agree?

We live through a fundamental transformation of ‘automation’ and ‘machines’ that replace human tasks, which change the skills organizations look for in every person. The organization requires the future workforce to have a future skill that includes depth and breadth of expertise, nimble adaptive ability to work on intelligent technology solutions, and quickly pivot into new opportunities. They are also passionate about continuous lifelong learning, innovation, intrapreneurship, and entrepreneurship.

Acquiring tech future skills and innovation is essential for every person on the planet to become a part of the tech ecosystem’s future workforce. It is the battle of our lives to survive in this digital economy. We have to continuously and lifelong fight(learn) for ourselves, our children, our family, our company, and our Government to advance and thrive economically.

Now isn’t the time to sit back and wait for events to unfold. Now is the time to take charge of acquiring and helping others develop tech future skills and innovation. Now is the time to accelerate your growth and make a difference by contributing to the cause you believe in by giving back selflessly.

Now is the time to be part of the Testoper Community, the most incredible grassroots movement of all time that tackles tech future skills and innovation challenges. It is a unique initiative by the people for the people, SMEs, and Government.
